Termite Control Solutions

Protect your most valuable investment from silent destroyers with our advanced, guaranteed anti-termite treatments.

Why is Termite Control Crucial?

Termites, often called "silent destroyers," can secretly hide and thrive in your home or yard without any immediate signs of damage. They consume wood, flooring, and even wallpaper undetected. By the time damage is visible, significant structural loss has often already occurred.

Our advanced termite control process targets the source of the infestation, destroying the colony completely and providing a protective chemical barrier that lasts for years.

Our Treatment Process

1
Thorough Inspection

Our technicians use specialized tools to locate hidden termite colonies in walls and foundations.

2
Drill-Fill-Seal Strategy

We drill small holes, fill them with powerful termiticide, and cleanly seal them back with white cement.

3
Perimeter Defense

Creating a continuous chemical barrier around the structure to completely stop future entry.

Signs You Have Termites

  • Mud tubes on exterior walls or foundation
  • Wood that sounds hollow when tapped
  • Dark or blistering wood structures
  • Discarded wings near doors or windows

Post Construction Termite Drilling Treatment by AD Pest Control

Treatment Method 1

Post Construction Termite Control (Drilling System)

Post-construction treatment is applied to already built structures where termites are active or at risk. Our technicians drill small holes (8–12mm) at regular intervals along the foundation, walls, and floor joints, then inject high-pressure termiticide directly into the soil and masonry to create an impenetrable chemical barrier.

The drilled holes are then sealed neatly with cement, leaving virtually no visible trace of treatment. This is the most widely used method for homes, offices, and commercial spaces already in use.

  • Drilled Injection Points — Small holes drilled every 1–2 ft along walls and floor edges
  • High-Pressure Injection — Termiticide forced deep into soil and wall masonry
  • Neat Sealing — All drilled holes sealed with cement — no visible damage
  • Ideal For — Homes, apartments, offices, shops — any completed building

Treatment Method 2

Pre Construction Termite Control

Pre-construction treatment is the most effective and permanent form of termite protection — applied to the soil before the foundation slab is poured. This creates a continuous chemical barrier in the ground that termites cannot penetrate, ensuring your building is protected from the very first brick.

Applied in 3 stages — bottom of the excavation, along the foundation trench walls, and under the floor slab — it ensures 360° protection built directly into the structure of the building.

1

Bottom of Excavation

Soil treated at the pit bottom before any construction begins

2

Foundation Trench Walls

Chemical applied along all column and wall trench surfaces

3

Under Floor Slab

Final treatment layer applied before the concrete slab is cast

Termite Reticulation (Piping) System

A permanently installed underground pipe network that delivers termiticide precisely and continuously — offering the highest level of long-term termite protection available today.

Reticulation System

What Is a Reticulation System?

A Termite Reticulation System — also known as a termite piping system — is a network of perforated pipes installed beneath the soil and along the foundation perimeter of a building. These pipes act as a permanent delivery channel for liquid termiticide, enabling uniform chemical distribution directly in the termite activity zone.

Unlike conventional treatments that require repeated drilling, the reticulation system allows technicians to simply connect a pump to an access port and recharge the barrier — without any disruption to flooring, walls, or landscaping.

No Floor Drilling Continuous Protection Eco-Friendly Minimal Disruption

How the Reticulation System Works

1

Pipe Network Installation

Perforated HDPE pipes are buried beneath the foundation slab and along the building perimeter — installed before or after construction.

2

Access Port Fitting

Flush-mounted access ports are placed at strategic external points, making future chemical recharging completely tool-free and mess-free.

3

Termiticide Injection

Technicians inject high-grade non-repellent termiticide under pressure. The chemical seeps uniformly into surrounding soil through the pipes.

4

Invisible Chemical Barrier

Treated soil creates a complete invisible barrier. Any termite that enters is eliminated on contact. Recharge every 3–5 years to stay protected.

Key Benefits

Long-Lasting Protection

A single installation provides continuous defence for 10+ years with periodic chemical top-ups.

Zero Structural Damage

No floor drilling or wall cutting required during recharges — your property stays completely intact.

Uniform Chemical Coverage

Perforated pipes ensure even termiticide distribution, eliminating weak spots in the barrier.

Eco-Safe Chemicals

CIB-approved, low-toxicity non-repellent termiticides — safe for children, pets, and the environment.

Cost-Effective Long Term

One-time installation cost is much lower than repeated conventional treatments over a decade.

Ideal For

New Construction Buildings

Best installed during the pre-construction or slab stage for permanent in-built barrier protection from day one.

Commercial & Industrial Properties

Warehouses, offices, and retail spaces that cannot afford downtime benefit from the non-disruptive recharge process.

High-Risk Termite Zones

Properties in red-soil or humid coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana where subterranean termites are very aggressive.

Hotels, Hospitals & Institutions

Facilities requiring highest hygiene standards and zero tolerance for pest activity or chemical disruption.
